ICT Business Analysts identify and communicate with users to formulate and produce requirements specifications to create system and software solutions.

To become an ICT Business Analyst

  • You usually need a bachelor or postgraduate degree in a relevant information technology field (such as business analysis, business information systems or computer science) to work as an ICT Business Analyst. Training may also be available through Vocational Education and Training (VET). There are also a wide range of vendor and industry certifications available that may substitute for formal qualifications and can be highly regarded by employers.
