To become an Art Director (Film, Television or Stage)

  • You need a high level of experience in the entertainment industry and proven ability to work as an Art Director (Film, Television or Stage). While formal qualifications aren't essential, a university or Vocational Education and Training (VET) course in screen and media, graphics, art, design or stage production may be useful.
